Job Title : Director – Performance Delivery

As a Performance Delivery (PD) Director you'll be an individual contributor delivering business assessments and operating model transformation. The incumbent will have an entrepreneurial spirit while leading significant, cross-functional projects. There will be a heavy emphasis on aligning people, process, and technology initiatives while routinely using significant judgement on sophisticated business problems requiring advanced understanding of the business areas involved. A broad understanding of multiple subject areas is required to proactively navigate across functions to influence priorities, timeline, and expectations. You will regularly interact with business leaders and their teams to deploy solutions to drive impactful business value.

The Team

Performance Delivery is a Center of Excellence is chartered with the goal of development and deployment of leading practices and solutions within Fidelity Investments Workplace Investing (WI) and Healthcare Group (HCG) business units. We partner with Sales, Service, and Transaction Processing core functions and many supporting functions to deliver better outcomes across a broad portfolio of cost and revenue improvements while focusing on risk reduction, quality improvement, customer satisfaction, associate experience, and strategic enablement. The experience gained and network developed while working cross-functionally improves the team’s capabilities and brand as corporate athletes, supporting Fidelity’s commitment to firm mobility.

The Expertise You Have

  • Operating model design, redesign, and improvement – familiarity of six sigma, lean, agile, and quality management methodologies

  • Project execution and delivery – bias for action measuring success on positive business outcomes through delivery of sophisticated projects and programs

  • Facilitating process and technology integration with experts

  • Financial Services / Benefits Outsourcing industries experience is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree
